This was definitely what I found when I got up-close-and-personal with some weeds in my overgrown, messy backyard, with my macro lens. Funny how something can look quite beautiful if we look at it through a different lens.
(Of course...I'm not the one who mowed our lawn, afterwards. Haha!) Speaking of lenses, this makes me think of

That second pic, the sun was actually shining down on it, as it was setting. That's why it sort of looks like it's glowing.
